  Ensure that your yarn is in its original skein with labels intact and has not been wound or exposed to smoke or perfumes.

  Email our team with your order number to request a Return Authorization and receive the correct shipping address for your parcel.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in a sturdy box or mailer, including a copy of your original receipt to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
