How long does shipping take for my wool order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. Expedited options are available at checkout if you are eager to start your next knitting project.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unwound skeins in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to photograph our wool in natural lighting to ensure color accuracy; however, please be aware that different monitor settings may slightly alter the appearance of the hues.
What should I do if a specific yarn weight is out of stock?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We regularly update our inventory and will email you the moment your preferred wool is back in the hive.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
We offer a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more skeins of the same dye lot. This discount is automatically applied at checkout for eligible items.
